I noticed a change in my body within days of taking it. My sore shoulder joint miraculously got better. I was able to sleep on my side again after years of being in too much pain. I also noticed my increased energy levels which I was so relieved about after aperiod of low energy and low mood. I feel better within myself and will possibly take Kollo for life now.
The only one think I don't like is the sweet Stevia like taste of the gel. It is too sweet and a bit fake. I would prefer a second flavour option if possible which would mean I could switch between the two.
